2. Scope

These Terms apply to consumer purchases made through clarikind.com. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to review the product description, total price, delivery information and these Terms before completing the purchase.

3. Products and information

We aim to describe products accurately and provide material information needed to make an informed purchase. Images may illustrate presentation or use and should be read together with the product description, options and specifications shown on the product page.

Clarikind practical support products and educational resources are not medical or therapeutic devices unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.

4. Prices

Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable for the order, subject to any clearly disclosed delivery charges, taxes, duties or other charges applicable to the customer’s destination. The total payable amount is shown before the customer confirms payment.

5. Ordering and payment

An order is placed when the customer completes checkout and submits payment or the authorised payment instruction. Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout process payments according to their applicable terms. An order confirmation is sent electronically after the order is placed.

6. Delivery

Available delivery methods, costs and estimated timing are shown at checkout or before the order is confirmed. We will deliver within the period agreed with the customer and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Right to cancel / withdrawal

Where a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies to a distance purchase, the customer may exercise that right within the legally applicable period. For consumers covered by UK or EU-style distance-selling rules, this is generally 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions.

Any statutory rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

8. Exceptions for digital content

Digital products may be subject to different cancellation rules once supply or download begins, particularly where the customer has expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged the effect on any cancellation right. Checkout and product wording must reflect the actual digital-delivery process.

9. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Products must meet the statutory standards that apply to the sale, including being as described and meeting applicable quality and conformity requirements.

10. Returns and refunds

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Timing can depend on the payment provider after the refund has been issued.

11. Product safety and intended use

Customers should follow the instructions, age guidance, supervision requirements, warnings and safety information supplied with each physical product. Product-specific safety information takes precedence over general marketing copy.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. Clarikind does not seek to remove statutory consumer rights.

14. Complaints

Customers should contact Clarikind using the contact details above and include the order number where relevant. We will aim to resolve complaints reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence.

16. Changes

The Terms that apply to an order are those made available to the customer at the time the order is placed. We may update future versions of these Terms where required for operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
