Delivery destinations

Orders can be delivered only to destinations made available in the checkout. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, delivery is not currently offered to that destination.

Delivery costs

The delivery charge applicable to your order is shown before you complete checkout. Where “Free delivery” is displayed for your destination and order, no standard delivery charge is added.

Estimated delivery time

Our standard delivery estimate is generally 5–8 business days unless a different estimate is shown on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation. The estimate shown for your order is the relevant estimate. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

We will deliver within the period agreed with you. If no delivery period has been agreed, any mandatory statutory delivery deadline that applies to the transaction remains unaffected.

Order processing and tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent electronically after dispatch. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier disruption, peak periods, customs processes or events outside our reasonable control. If a material delay occurs, we will provide the information and remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Customs, duties and import charges

For cross-border orders, customs duties, import VAT or other destination-country charges may apply unless they are expressly shown as included at checkout. Where such charges are not collected by us at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please check your delivery details before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, an address change may no longer be possible.
