This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

14-day right of withdrawal

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies to a distance purchase, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. You do not need to give a reason.

To exercise this right, email contact@clarikind.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Please include your order number, the item concerned and the email address used for the order.

Returning the goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You may handle the product only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. A deduction may be made where permitted by law for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Refunds

For an eligible statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. For goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase unless you expressly agree to another method that does not create additional fees for you. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund after it is issued.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and useful supporting information. Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are separate from the withdrawal right and are not reduced by this policy.

Exceptions

Some products can be excluded from a statutory withdrawal right where the law allows it, including certain personalised goods and, in specific circumstances, digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's prior express agreement and acknowledgement. Any applicable exception will be made clear before purchase.
